John Kokish
John Kokish is an attorney of significant experience, having started his legal career in 1969. He represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, business and commercial law, civil litigation, family law, construction law, wills, landlord tenant matters, and mediation/arbitration. Mr. Kokish is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit, Colorado, the U.S. District Court District of Colorado, and all state courts of Colorado. Mr. Kokish has served as an assistant county attorney for Douglas County, Colorado.
Mr. Kokish served as president of the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association and as a member of the board of governors of the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Kokish has been a member of the Governor’s Commission on Judicial Performance of the Eighteenth Judicial District and the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Kokish earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a master’s degree from New York University and a B.B.A. from City College of the City University of New York. Mr. Kokish offers representation as an attorney for Douglas County including Parker and Castle Rock, as well as for Elbert County including Elizabeth and Kiowa and the South Denver Metro Area.

Wendy Monteith
Wendy Monteith represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including simple and complex wills and trusts, real estate, and business and commercial law. She is experienced with civil litigation and simple and contested probate, including guardianships and conservatorships. Prior to joining us, Ms. Monteith practiced in the areas of probate and elder law, family law, and civil litigation. Immediately after law school, she clerked for the Hon. Frank Plaut, giving her a behind the scenes perspective on our trial courts.
Ms. Monteith received her law degree from the University of Colorado in 1999 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming with honors. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, is a past president of the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association, served on the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors, and is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. She lives and works in the Castle Rock area, and is an attorney for Parker, CO and Castle Rock, as well as the rest of Douglas County. She also represents clients in Elbert County and surrounding areas and is an active member of her community.

Bernard Greenberg
Bernard H. Greenberg specializes in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts and has been licensed to practice in Colorado for 32 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his juris doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. He has been a member of the Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and American Bar Association and has served on numerous sections and committees of these associations. He is currently a member of the section on trusts and estates for the Colorado Bar Association.
Mr. Greenberg lectures frequently to a variety of industries, professional groups and general consumers on the subject of business and estate planning.
He authors regular columns on financial and estate planning topics in two regional newspapers, The Highlander and The Douglas County News Press. He has published articles in the Colorado Association of Life Underwriters Journal, The Douglas County New Press, The Highlands Ranch Herald,
Rebecca Kokish Goldmanis
Rebecca Goldmanis focuses her practice in the areas of family law and criminal law. As a former deputy district attorney for the First Judicial District Attorney’s office, Ms. Goldmanis has extensive trial experience, including jury trials and trials to the court. In that capacity, Ms. Goldmanis served as a special prosecutor for the city of Broomfield as well as an instructor at the Jefferson County Police Academy.
Ms. Goldmanis is the immediate past president of the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association and has served as a board member in various capacities for the last several years. Ms. Goldmanis is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Association.
Ms. Goldmanis received her JD from the University of Colorado School of Law. She served on the board for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. Ms. Goldmanis’ article entitled “Children’s Environmental Health” was published in 2003. She is now an attorney for Elbert County CO, Douglas County (including Castle Rock and Parker, CO) and surrounding Colorado locations.

Jennifer Lundin
Jennifer Lundin specializes in the areas of criminal defense and family law. She served as a Deputy District Attorney in the 18th judicial District for seven years and is an experienced litigator, having been part of the prosecution team on several high profile homicide cases. Ms. Lundin has experience litigating all types of criminal matters ranging from DUl’s and traffic matters to major felony offenses. In the last year Ms. Lundin has expanded her practice areas to include immigration law matters.
Ms. Lundin is a long-time Colorado resident. She received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her JD from the University of Denver, College of Law. She worked as a student attorney at the DU Student Law Office, defending clients in municipal criminal matters. She volunteers her time as a pro bono attorney for Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center representing child victims of domestic violence and Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network, defending clients in removal proceedings.

He was a featured speaker at the 1988 Million Dollar Round Table Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Greenberg is the founder of The American Life Planning Institute, an organization which designs and presents seminars and publications designed to explain the life planning approach to business and estate planning.
