Bernie Greenberg
Bernard H. Greenberg is an AV Rated attorney, rated AV for more than 35 consecutive years. AV is the highest peer review rating an attorney can achieve. He specializes in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts and probate. He has been licensed to practice in Colorado for over 45 years. Bernie received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his juris doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. He has been a member of the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and American Bar Association and has served on numerous sections and committees of these associations.
Bernie is the past Chair of the Planned Giving Committee for the National MS Society and past chairand founder of the Mentoring Committee for the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association. He is currently a member of the section on trusts and estates for the Colorado Bar Association.
